We offer in-home refinishing and upholstery service for a period of one year from the original delivery date. With this service, furniture is restored to manufacturer specifications on any manufacturing defect, provided it is normal wear or customer caused.
Most manufacturers offer at a minimum, 1-year comprehensive warranty. As part of our lifetime service pledge, we will uphold all warranties during the manufacturer-specified time frame. If a defect is noted, we will provide in-home repair and, if necessary, transportation to and from our shop for repairs.
Authorized and approved exchanges and reselects will be assessed a 4% per month usage charge retroactive to the original delivery date unless it falls within a manufacturer's warranty. If a replacement is deemed necessary-and we no longer carry the same item that you originally purchased-you will be able to reselect a replacement of equal value.
When customer-caused mishaps or after-warranty defects occur, we will provide in home service at current Raymour and Flanigan labor and material rates. All repair and transportation fees will be fully explained and we will proceed with your permission. (Excludes all merchandise purchased on an "as is" basis or from our clearance centers. Damage caused by customer transportation. Wear from normal use; fading, pilling and shading are characteristics of certain types of fabric and are not considered defects.)
