Delivery Fees - Our delivery fee is per trip. This means if you have 1-item OR a WHOLE HOUSEFUL OF ITEMS the fee will be the same. Delivery fees start at just $37.50.
3-Day Delivery Guarantee - Delivery of your furniture is generally within 3 days based on the day the order is placed and the delivery destination. Sundays are not counted. If you are outside of our immediate delivery area, the 3-Day Guarantee will not apply as we deliver to distant locations less frequently than our local areas.
Step1: Order Confirmation E-mail - You will receive an automatic email confirmation summarizing your transaction.
Step 2: Delivery Date E-mail - We will then send you a second e-mail within 12 hours of your order that includes your scheduled delivery date and some additional information to help you prepare for delivery.
Our Home Furnishings agents will personally select the next available delivery day for your area and provide you with a final confirmation email, with your delivery date once we have processed your order.
If, for some reason you should need to change the date please contact us at 1.866.383.4484 at least 48 hours prior to delivery.
Step 3: Two Days prior to Delivery - A Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm your delivery date and the merchandise on your order. Please be sure to let us know prior to delivery if you have any special circumstances or instructions. Some examples might include, use of a service elevator to get the furniture to your apartment, calling a specific phone before delivery so someone can meet us there, or telling us which door to your apartment building or home we will enter through.
Step 4: 24 hours before Delivery
Step 5: Day of Delivery - Upon arrival to your home, our Expert delivery teams will assemble (where applicable) and place the furniture in the appropriate room. In addition, we will remove any and all packaging material. Our delivery teams will NOT move your existing furniture or any other items (televisions, china, pictures, etc.) due to liability concerns, so please make sure the room is ready for your new furniture.

There is no charge for in store pick up of your merchandise. While we certainly recommend having your purchase delivered, this explanation should help you understand what to expect. Please use our Store locator to determine the most convenient store for your pick up.
Step 1: You will receive an automatic email confirmation summarizing your transaction.
Step 2: We will then send you a second e-mail within 12 hours of your order that includes your scheduled pick up date as well as the address and phone numbers of the store you selected for pick up. (Please note that most stores receive merchandise every other day for customer pick up. Many stores do not receive merchandise on weekends) If, for some reason you should need to change your pick up date please contact us at 1.866.383.4484 at least 48 hours prior to pickup.) Step 3: The evening before your scheduled in-store pick up, your new furniture will be sent to the location of your choice.
Step 4: The day of merchandise pick up: please call the store ahead to make sure that your furniture has arrived at its destination on time. There are many obstacles that can delay arrival of our delivery vehicles, such as road construction, detours, traffic congestion and inclement weather. We don't want you to make an unnecessary trip.
Step 5: Upon arriving at the store for pick-up, you will need to go into the store and proceed to the customer service counter. For your own protection, you may be asked for photo identification upon pick up. Our customer service agents will direct you to the pick up area behind the store where our warehouse associates will be happy to assist you in loading your vehicle. Please be sure to bring your online receipt/invoice with you to pick up. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for properly securing the merchandise in your vehicle for its journey home. Our back room associate will ask you to sign the pick-up document stating that your purchase is in the brand new condition that you expect.
