Service for manufacturer structural warranty coverage will not be provided for furniture that has no manufacturer or retailer warranty or furniture that was not purchased by you at the same time as this plan. Mattress protector included. If your mattress protector becomes stained, wash it immediately in accordance with the care label instructions.

If stain cannot be removed from your mattress protector to your satisfaction, we will offer you a one-time replacement protector. And if the stain has reached your mattress and cannot be removed to your satisfaction, we will offer you a one-time replacement mattress.
